Phoenix public (final) beta is coming out hopefully early next week.

Yes, Phoenix should do a good job for low bandwidth backup (and eventually replication).

If we don&#039;t have custom algo for a format, phoenix will fall back to simple block based approach

What is the application is not supported by the custom dedupe algo ? What if MS changes the format ?</description>
